Refund policy

At Whiskerporium, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our products and want your shopping experience to be as purr-fect as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food, supplements)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Grooming tools that have been used
  • Opened pet hygiene or health care products

Damaged or Defective Items

We’re very sorry if you received a defective or damaged product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to replace the item or provide a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@whiskerporium.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@whiskerporium.com with your order details.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at support@whiskerporium.com for the return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
